I’ve officially made it to my home base for the winter and I’m finally settling in. If you’re passing through Chiang Mai over the next few months, I’ll likely see you at Buak Haad Park, where we end up jamming almost every day.

This week’s edition is all about retreats, the ones that help you escape winter entirely, or at least reframe it as a holiday. The next week is pretty light with the holidays coming up, but things kick right back up as soon as the new year lands.

📍 Colorado Winter Acro & Ski Retreat | Colorado Rockies, USA | Feb 20–23

Now in its ninth year, this winter retreat with is a cozy, skill-focused weekend in the Colorado Rockies near Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge. Expect a thoughtful blend of AcroYoga, handstands, yoga, and Thai massage balanced with plenty of time to ski and warm up by the fire.

The retreat is hosted in a spacious mountain cabin with a hot tub, sauna, and sweeping views, and includes gourmet meals.
