Hello, Bases & Flyers!

Welcome to the very first edition of Acro Insiders — your weekly roundup of the best AcroYoga festivals, retreats, and trainings around the world.

I’m Cat, curator, flyer, and your guide through the global acro calendar. Thank you for being one of the first subscribers! This little idea already feels like a growing community, and I’m so excited to share it with you.

I’m currently based in Los Angeles, usually jamming in Culver City on Saturdays or The Green in Santa Monica on Sundays. You might catch me working on my handstand at Muscle Beach on one of LA’s many sunny weekdays. If you’re local — come say hi!
