I’m gearing up for the World Nomad Games, basically the Olympics of the Central Asian region, but with more horses, yurts, wrestling, and eagles. This is nearly the final hurrah before my flight back “home”.
I’m also just very happy to be finding movement again in Kazakhstan: pole classes, bachata nights, not just hiking, which I am still doing.
This edition is the August retreats edition, plus everything coming up in the next couple of weeks. Although compared to summer, this newsletter is getting much much shorter.
